Accessibility Statement
1. Our commitment
Caret Care, Inc. is committed to making www.caretcare.com and the caret care platform usable by as many people as possible, including clinicians who use assistive technology. Accessibility is treated as part of how the platform is built, not a feature added afterward. The platform is in active development, and accessibility review is part of that ongoing work.
2. Standards we work toward
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our guiding standard. Our design choices, including typography, color contrast, heading structure, and form labeling, are made with that standard in mind. We do not currently claim full conformance; the platform is pre-release, and we are identifying and correcting gaps as the build progresses.
3. Known limitations
Some parts of the platform rely on third-party components, including our course delivery, membership, and form tools, whose accessibility we do not fully control. Generated PDF documents may not yet be fully optimized for screen readers. We are working to reduce these limitations over time, and reports from members help us prioritize that work.
4. Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on the Site or the platform, contact us at policy@caretcare.com and describe the page and the problem. We review every report and will respond within a reasonable time. Your report directly shapes what gets fixed next.
