Graduate school skipped the business, so most clinicians end up on a platform that sets the terms for them. We publish ours instead. You pay a flat price for the tools, and we never take a cut of your work. Every price below shows the beta price beside the regular price.

Two ways in

Start where your practice is today

If you're building a practice, start with the Playbook. If you already see clients, start with Core. Both run on the same Practice Profile, so nothing you enter in one has to be typed again in the other.

Building a practice

The Playbook

The guided build for clinicians starting from zero: 48 steps in the order the work actually happens, from choosing an entity to opening for your first client. Your first year of Core comes with it.

You pay $49 once during the beta. Your first year of Core is included, and if you keep Core after that, it's $75 a year.

  • Every step explains what the task is and why it matters before it asks you to do anything.
  • Your answers fill your Practice Profile, so My Practice and My Documents start already set up.
  • The help assistant answers 30 Playbook questions a month and hands anything it can't answer to our team.

Support, $199 during the beta. Once you've started, you can add Support from inside the Playbook. It adds a review of your entries at each checkpoint (a person checks anything the review flags before you hear about it), 100 help-assistant questions a month, monthly group office hours, and one launch-readiness call. We're opening five beta upgrades, with a waitlist after that. After the beta, Support is $499 with the Playbook included.

Core

My Practice and My Documents, for clinicians who already see clients, including anyone tired of a platform taking a cut of each session. You built the practice. Core keeps its records, deadlines, and paperwork in one place.

Core is $45 for your first year during the beta, then $75 a year.

  • Your Practice Profile: entity, licenses, malpractice coverage, payers, and the numbers you copy most.
  • An email before each date that costs you if you miss it, from CAQH re-attestation every 120 days to license and malpractice renewals.
  • Thirty-one practice documents generated from your profile. Client details stay on your device and never reach our servers.
  • The help assistant, 30 questions a month.
  • Room to grow: add a clinician for $45 a year per seat.

Credentialing Support, $249 one time. Adding a payer is where most established practices get stuck. This add-on opens the Playbook's credentialing steps inside Core and reviews your CAQH profile and payer applications before you submit (a person checks anything the review flags before you hear about it). Questions the help assistant can't answer go to our team, and one 30-minute call is included. We guide the work; you submit the applications, and approval timing belongs to the payer.

The Practice Package

Core plus our EHR, with an AI scribe that drafts each note for you to review and sign. Nothing enters the record unsigned.

The scribe includes 60 hours a month, about 72 fifty-minute sessions. Past that, you pay a per-hour rate we'll publish before launch, billed monthly, with a spending cap you set. We'll announce pricing for added clinicians with the launch.

A website for your practice on your own domain, which we build and keep running from what you tell us. You describe; we build.

Includes 50 edits a month, and 100 more edits cost $10 whenever you need them. Beta members get the first three months free. If you ever leave, the domain leaves with you.

My License, for clinicians working toward their license

Separate from the Playbook and Core. You log your hours here until your independent license arrives, then your record carries into My Practice.

For supervisors

Either of you can send the invite. You approve their hours, check off milestones, leave comments, and plan supervision in the same log.

Freealways

You can cover a supervisee's My License at the same price, and the log stays theirs if they move on. Your first supervisee also opens 60 days of Core for your own practice, with no card required.

Seats and allowances

Nothing here is unlimited, and we say so up front

Every allowance resets monthly. We email you at 50, 75, and 90 percent of each one, and your account shows the percent you've used and any extra questions you have left. The Practice Package and Practice Site list their own allowances above.

Added clinician seat

$45 a year

For Core. The seat belongs to the practice, so when someone leaves, you give the seat to the next clinician at no cost. A seat you add mid-year is prorated to your renewal date, and everything renews on one day.

More help-assistant questions

$10 for 100

The help assistant includes 30 questions a month, or 100 with Support. Each pack adds 100 more past that allowance. You buy them ahead, and they never expire.

What we ask, and what you get

What we ask of beta members

  1. A short onboarding survey in your first 30 days. If you look stuck, we may reach out to offer a call; saying no is fine.
  2. A five-minute written check-in each month for six months.
  3. A note through the help button whenever you hit a bug or a confusing step.
  4. Progress. Playbook members finish the first two sections within 60 days. Core members complete their Practice Profile and generate their first documents within 30 days.
  5. A testimonial, only if you want to give one and only with your written permission. Any testimonial we publish says you paid the beta price.

These are requests, not conditions. Missing one costs you nothing.

What beta members get

Beta pricing is open to the first 30 clinicians we approve, across the Playbook and Core. Invite codes expire one month after we send them.

Who can join

Build the practice. Keep the clients.

The beta is invite-only and open to independently licensed clinicians. We approve each request by license and state. We're building state rules for Wisconsin and Ohio first and adding states where clinicians ask, so request an invite from any state and we'll tell you where yours stands. You'll see every price again before you pay.

caret care opens to clinicians in small groups. Tell us who you are and where you're licensed. Requests are reviewed within 2 business days, and if the current group is full, you'll start on the waitlist. Requesting is free; nothing is charged unless you're invited and choose to sign up.
